We know that the requirements of our clients and the the products they produce are versatile. At ALKAZ Plastics, we see ourselves as a turnkey solution provider. We support our customers with their challenges. Our injection molding machines stand for efficiency, quality and reliability. Our product portfolio ranges from 70t to 2100t clamping force. It includes injection molding machines with horizontal or vertical injection units. Our manufacturing facility is equipped with modern, numerically controlled injection molding machines with clamping force from 70t to 8100tons. It includes injection molding machines with  horizontal, vertical and 2K machines units with a shot weight ranging from 1g up to 8100g.

 

WE ARE CERTIFIED INJECTION PLANT

Professional customer service, flexibility, punctuality and quality – for us this is the base of the successful implementation of the project. Modernly equipped tool room design office and ensure the feasibility of each project, both standard and non-standard. We make plastic products for virtually every purpose and almost any degree of complexity. We work 24 hours a day, 5 days a week in three shifts. An essential part of any process taking place in ALKAZ Plastics and every product produced here is quality controlled according to ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949.  Our factory is adapted to both the production of small batches of parts, as well as for the mass production of plastic components.

DYNAMIC PRODUCTION PLANNING SYSTEM IN REAL TIME

This solution is based on software that monitors and manages all aspects of the production process in our plant, including the efficiency of each injection molding machine, raw material consumption and work orders, in real time. This system helps to optimize production schedules, minimize downtime and improve overall efficiency.

All workstations of our production operators are equipped with monitors that present key data regarding the course of the production process carried out on each injection molding machine. One glance is enough to find out all important information about the course of the process, including the load of a given machine, the progress of the order, the machine status.

ULTRASONIC WELDING

Ultrasonic welding is an innovative technology that is used in many industries i.e. in the automotive industry it can be used to connect bodywork elements, or in the electronics industry to put together various electronic components, such as integrated circuits, printed circuits, or semiconductors.

Its ability to create durable, precise, and aesthetic connections makes it an attractive solution for manufacturers looking for effective methods of connecting different materials. Thanks to the continuous development of this technology, we can expect an increasingly wider use of ultrasonic welding in industry in the future.

 

HEAT-SET INSERTS

 

Heat-set inserts create a significantly stronger pull-out and torque-out rating of the resulting thread, compared to other types of inserts, to establish a more secure bond.

 

PAD PRINTING

 

Pad printing is a modern printing technology used to apply patterns and 2D images to all kinds of 3D objects. The pad printing machine is relatively small and equipped with a flexible silicone cushion, the so-called pad, which tamps the paint from the embossed form onto the surface of the object. Using pad printing, patterns can be applied to various materials such as plastic, metal, glass, ceramics or wood.

This technology has many applications in various industries, including in the electronics industry to apply markings to the housings of electronic devices.

Pad printing is very precise and allows for the application of details even on small objects. It is also perfect for printing on irregular surfaces. Modern pad printing machines are equipped with advanced control systems that ensure excellent quality and repeatability of patterns.

 

PLASTIC SURFACE FINISHING

 

Surface finishes can enhance the appearance, improve the feel of a surface, or provide additional functional properties to plastic parts. Finishes are available in smooth or polished, semi-gloss, matte, and textured finishes.

We can supply complete sub-assemblies or complete products. This can include packaging the product and implementing a custom packaging.
